What exactly is a digital twin?
We record a person in our studio: posture, facial expression, gestures and voice. From those recordings we build a holographic version that stands in front of you life-size in the Holobox. Not an animated figure and not an avatar with a plastic edge to it, but a recognisable copy of a real human being, including the way someone tilts their head or talks with their hands. That is exactly what separates 'a screen with a video on it' from the feeling that someone is standing in front of you.
Smarter than a chatbot on your website
The avatar is connected to an AI model fed with your own knowledge: product information, frequently asked questions, house rules or treatment details. A visitor simply asks a question out loud; the avatar listens through the microphone, finds the answer in your knowledge base and replies in natural spoken language. Where a chatbot waits in the corner of a website for someone to click it, this one stands life-size in your entrance and starts the conversation itself.
How we build it
First we decide together who the avatar becomes and what conversation it needs to be able to hold. Then comes a recording day in The Hague, usually half a day's work for the person involved. We process the footage, clone the voice if you want, and connect it all to your knowledge base. After a test round with real questions the avatar goes live in the Holobox, HoloWall or HoloMini. New information can simply be added later: updating the knowledge base needs no new recordings.
Where it happens in practice
In an entrance or reception the avatar receives visitors and points them the right way. At a trade fair it holds the first conversation and qualifies leads, so your team only gets the interesting questions. In retail it gives product advice at the moment the customer is standing there. In healthcare a familiar specialist calmly explains a treatment once more, as often as the patient wants. And in museums and education you let a historical figure or guest lecturer tell the story, every time the same, with the same energy.
Consent, voice and data
We only create a digital twin with the explicit consent of the person concerned; we record what the image and voice may be used for and for how long. Footage, voice model and knowledge base remain yours, and conversations can be set up so that no personal data of visitors is stored. Prefer a fictional avatar rather than an existing person? That is possible too, we then design a brand character that is entirely your own.
