What data we process and why

When you fill in the contact or price list form, we process what you enter yourself: your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number, interest and preferred timeframe. We use this solely to answer your question, send you the price list and prepare a quotation where relevant: the steps that precede an agreement.

When you book a meeting through the calendar on the booking page, our scheduling service (LeadConnector) processes the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and phone number, to schedule and confirm the appointment.

If you call or email us directly, we use your contact details only to respond.

How long we keep data

No longer than needed to handle your question or request. If your request becomes an order, we keep what is required for it as long as the law demands (such as statutory retention periods for financial records).
